2. Purpose of Data Processing

We use submitted details to schedule site audits, dispatch cleaning crews, deliver reports through WhatsApp, and generate tax-compliant invoices. We do not sell customer details to marketing brokers.

3. Media and Premises Photography

Commercial premises photographs are stored securely. Images showing proprietary branding or staff identities will not be published without written consent.
