1. Scope of Work

Osmida provides commercial deep cleaning and washroom sanitation through trained crews. Pest control, AC maintenance, and painting services are delivered through verified independent partners.

2. Quotations and Final Billing

Listed rates are starting estimates. Final pricing is provided in writing after the complimentary site inspection. Quotations remain valid for 15 calendar days.

3. Site Access and Utilities

The client must provide safe access during the agreed cleaning window, with running water and standard commercial electrical connections available.

4. Jurisdiction
